more femslash YES GOOD.
big spoon/little spoon:
Carol tends to sprawl, while Jess tucks into her side.
favorite non-sexual activity:
Flying. That shit seriously never gets old (for Jess, especially).
who uses all the hot water:
Carol’s never completely broken the habit of short, military showers. Jess, in contrast, tends to luxuriate.
most trivial thing they fight over:
Carol still kind of hasn’t forgiven herself for not realizing Jess was a Skrull. Jess really wishes she would, if only because it makes her think about the time she spent as a prisoner of the Skrulls.
who does most of the cleaning:
They kind of have to goad each other into it.
what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue:
That is the subject of a long, vicious cold war, broken up by occasional skirmishes. No one needs that many shows on military history, Carol.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working:
It’s technically Carol’s place, so it’s usually Carol’s responsibility. At least that’s Jess’s argument.
who steals the blankets:
Neither of them, actually.
who leaves their stuff around:
Despite the fact it’s technically Carol’s place, that doesn’t stop Jess from leaving her stuff around. See also: the long, vicious DVR Cold War, despite the fact it’s technically Carol’s place. Jess makes up the “being a good almost-live in girlfriend” rules as she goes along.
who remembers to buy the milk:
Carol, as she tends to drink move of it.
who remembers anniversaries:
They’re both pretty good about it, though neither is really inclined to make big deals about them.
AND (except for the ones that were repeats):
who cooks normally?:
Jess. Carol isn’t a terrible cook, by any means, she doesn’t like doing it as much as Jess does.
how often do they fight?:
Big, awful fights? Not often. They’ll argue about almost anything, all of the time.
what do they do when they’re away from each other?:
They’re away from each other? When?
nicknames for each other?:
Jess seems to get a slightly disturbing amount of glee from calling Carol “Cap”. Carol retaliates with “Spidergirl”.
who is more likely to pay for dinner?:
They take turns pretty regularly, and also tend to stay in more than they go out.
what would they get each other for gifts?:
After that Skrull thing, Jess has adopted a liking for photography - maybe just to have reminders that she’s really back, and here on Earth. Carol teases her about the comparisons to Peter Parker while shamelessly enabling the habit at the same time, because she likes making Jess happy and it’s one of the little ways she apologizes for the Skrull thing without ever mentioning the Skrull thing. On the other hand, Jess has latched onto that “horrible knitted goods” thing. For all her complaining, Carol always wears them.
who kissed who first?:
who made the first move?:
Jess made the first move.
who started the relationship?:
It kind of started on its own, or rather developed from a friendship on its own, as easy as breathing.
who cusses more?:
what would they do if the other one was hurt?:
Probably attack whatever was responsible until they felt a lot better about the whole thing. Presumably that would be long after whatever it was stopped moving, or, in fact, stopped thinking about moving ever again, and instead ruminated quite seriously on the intelligence of attacking either part of a superheroic couple.
I wanted to draw lady superheroes so I did, the end.
(Oh but my baby is RARELY SUPPORTIVE of my frequent issues with comic costumes, but one of the few SHE can’t stand is Spider-Woman’s, so I tried to draw it in a way she might find less offensive.)
Today I had a very long enforced break, so I finished the rest of the superhero suggestions, awwww yissss. And then I stayed up… stupidly late to ink them, awwww shit.
