muhhhhh I keep trying to finish this but it’s a lot like throwing myself repeatedly into a brick wall for an hour or so. It doesn’t really accomplish anything except giving me a headache. So lineart, which I actually kind of like. Now featuring EVEN MORE assholes that don’t need healing, shut up.  (naow with a shitty background! aww yiss)

At least he has his birds. (BTW, given the color differentiation between teams, I totally think BLU doves should be normal Barbary doves, instead of the white sort.) Part of my ongoing attempt to fail a little less as an artist. Also part of this initiative: being willing to set a picture aside and come back to it later, as opposed to trying to do everything at once and then despairing when it looks terrible. Of course it looks terrible dumbshit try taking your time.  … so anyhow this is a wip.

I’ve been reading a lot of X-Men: First Class fanfiction. And, well. Germans in turtlenecks. This is actually like the first time something has looked better when I inked it in Sai, so that’s good!
